Owen Perry is a founding Partner in REmexico Real Estate and The Villa Group, an impressive portfolio which includes 12 resort properties including hotels, residential full ownership residences, and mixed use properties.

Mr. Perry’s is also one of the founding partners behind Danzante Bay at the Islands of Loreto, a 1600 acre mixed use development in Loreto, Mexico, which includes The Villa Group’s Villa del Palmar Loreto, the TPC at Danzante Bay (the only TPC branded golf facility in Latin America), seven condo-hotel lots, 253 home lots and commercial space.

 Mr. Perry's vision behind REmexico Signature Golf Properties combines his passions for spectacular resort settings, unique real estate opportunities and world class golf.

All the way from the low country of Charleston SC, Finn is no stranger to Cabo San Lucas. Originally arriving here under sail 10 years ago, his heart became connected with the  vibrant waters of the Baja. Graduating with a marine biology from the College of Charleston, he then pursued his Real Estate License in South Carolina. 

A true waterman ,Finn enjoys his time fishing and surfing the numerous breaks around los cabos. When on land, Finn enjoys the desert golf scape a complete juxtaposition to his hometown. Finns energy and passion for the Baja is absolutely contagious. Take an adventure with Finn, swing a club, paddle out, cast a lure, and you will see just ecstatic he is to share the wonders of the Southern Baja.

It wouldn’t be a stretch of the imagination to believe that golf course real estate sales have always been in the cards for Billy Cowley. Born and raised on St. Simons Island, Georgia, Billy grew up around the real estate and development industry. His father, Paul Cowley, a golf course architect and resort land planner by trade, is the senior design associate with Love Golf Design, the golf architecture firm of PGA tour Star Davis Love III, and the lead architect on the local Dunes Course at Diamante. Some of Billy's earliest memories are watching his father at his drafting board, trips to his father's project sites, and sitting on his father's lap while he moved dirt and operated various construction equipment. When Billy turned 5 he received his first set of golf clubs, Titleist T-Rexes, from Davis and began lessons at the prestigious Sea Island Golf Club. Growing up around a golf Mecca, and having access to all the golf he could stomach, Billy’s life-long love affair with the game began at an early age, to say the least.

While at the College of Charleston, Billy joined the intramural golf team, playing every chance he could at the local courses, and going so far as to donate plasma twice a week to cover his green fees. During this time, he also made several trips to the Los Cabos area and fell in love with everything the Baja has to offer. After the completion of his undergraduate degrees in Biology and Creative Writing, Billy moved to Cabo San Lucas in 2012 and began establishing himself in the community while he focused on luxury fractional sales. Joining the REmexico team in 2017, Billy made the leap into Real Estate sales, quickly making a splash in the local market, and never looking back.

Billy believes that Los Cabos is one of the premiere golf destinations in the world and that the area is entering a golden era, akin to the resort town booms of Florida in the 1950's and 60's. With that vision firmly in his mind, coupled with his youthful enthusiasm and years of local knowledge; Billy is committed to servicing the community, and helping new and old Cabo enthusiasts explore long term options and investments in this gorgeous corner of the world.
